Should you find yourself less than fully content with your acquisition, our return and exchange policy provides a solution. You may initiate a return or exchange for items purchased within 12 days from the date of product delivery.

Return Guidelines:

• Please note that returns can only be processed for products purchased directly from www.myaccenttouch.com.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unused and undamaged, with the original labels intact. The return package should include a copy of the original receipt.

• Reimbursements will be processed within one week of receiving the returned product at Accent Touch.

• Prior to returning the product, we kindly request that you contact us at contact@myaccenttouch.com. Please be aware that shipping charges from Accent Touch to the customer, as well as return shipping charges from the customer to Accent Touch, are non-refundable.

Shipping Information:

The availability of our products may vary depending on the design. Our diligent team strives to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days upon receiving your order, excluding holidays or special breaks. In such cases, pertinent information will be prominently displayed in the header on the "Home" page. Kindly note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. For customers seeking delivery to international locations, Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S., please contact us for a customized delivery quote.

Delivery Assurance:

Once a delivery service confirms the package delivery to the designated shipping address, Accent Touch relinquishes responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We advise our customers to exercise vigilance regarding the security of their delivered packages.
