We work meticulously to provide you with the best products possible. Accent Touch products are carefully inspected before shipping. Our promise is to offer you exceptional products and quality. Please check the product upon arrival and contact us if any defect is found. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item purchased within 12 days of the product delivery date.
• Only products purchased on www.myaccenttouch.com can be returned.
• We accept returns if the product is unused, undamaged with the original labels attached to the merchandise. Copy of the original receipt must be accompanied with the return.
• Reimbursements will be made within a week of receiving the product by Accent Touch.
• Please contact us at email@example.com before sending back the product. Shipping charges from Accent Touch to the customer, and return shipping charges from the customer to Accent Touch are not refundable.
Availability may vary depending on the design. We work hard on shipping the order within 1 to 3 business days of the receipt of an order.
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. International/ Alaska/ Hawaii delivery Orders requiring shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and outside the U.S need a special delivery quote.
